Body Pump

Today I went to Body Pump for the first time in ages as the start of getting back into the gym. Whether the class was easy, or it was the typical 'first day back' easiness is difficult to say but it didn't seem that hard.

Anyway, here's the weights I used:

Warm-Up - 7.5kg
Squats - 25kg
Back - 25kg
Chest - 7.5kg
Arms - 5kg
Shoulders - 10kg

Nothing was too hard, but I'm going to keep them light until I get back into the swing of things.
